In addition to our professional charges, we cover Funeral Costs such as disbursements. For example, these would be Cremation or burial fee, Doctors’ fees where applicable, Celebrant or Ministers fees, Church Fees, Burial or Grave Preparation Fees, and such, on your behalf. Where the total estimated account is deemed excessive, we may ask you to make an interim payment (deposit). The deposit asked for is the total of any disbursements (third-party costs made on your behalf, the client). The final balance is invoiced approximately two days after the funeral service.

We reserve the right to add interest at 2.5% per month on all outstanding accounts that remain unpaid after 4-weeks and any legal and court costs incurred due to non-payment.

We also reserve the right to add interest of 2.5% on all outstanding accounts forwarded to your solicitor that remain unpaid after 3-months and any legal and court costs incurred due to non-payment. If you have any problems with payment of your account, please call us on 0121 427 2233.

We accept most methods of payment. Preferred methods are BACs (Bank Transfers), Debit Cards and most Credit Cards, and Cash. We also accept Cheques.
